Please read and become familiar with these documents.

These documents contain important guidance concerning RV parking, landscaping, pets, and many other subjects.

These documents spell out community expectations and were established to help maintain community integrity, insure uniformity, and protect property values.

All residents, renters as well as owners, are required to follow the guidelines contained in these documents.

We all live here by choice, and as residents, we agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth in the documents set up for the Association by the Developer when our homes were built.

Other policies and procedures have since been adopted by mutual agreement.

Minutes of the Regular Board Meetings and Annual Association Meetings are found in the Owners Only area.

    Policies and Procedures

Several documents have been adopted by the Timberton Board of Directors to further clarify issues addressed by the CC&R's or to develop policy for issues not addressed by the CC&R's. These documents are called Timberton Policies and Procedures Statements, and they include the following. It is important to remember that these are living documents and they may change from time to time.

    Notes:

All of the above documents open in a new browser window, otherwise you'd have to reopen your browser if you wanted to keep surfing after viewing a document. This means that most Windows Vista users will have an extra window open, because that is that browser's default behavior. Simply close any extra windows when you are finished.

Most of the documents are fairly small (under 400 KB), but the CCRs is quite large (over 2 MB), and is not recommended if you are using a dialup connection.

Adobe's free Reader is required to view these documents. If you need a copy, download the PDF reader from Adobe.
