Several documents have been adopted by the Timberton Board of Directors to further clarify issues addressed by the CC&Rs, or to develop policy for issues not covered by the CC&Rs. These documents are called Timberton Policies and Procedure Statements, and are available below. It is important to remember these are ‘living’ documents and they may change from time to time.
